I build and scale complex digital ecosystems — fintech platforms, enterprise PMOs, AI programmes, and national-scale payment infrastructure. Based in Istanbul, Türkiye; open to relocation or remote roles across the GCC and Europe. Recent programmes I've led: — Iraq's first airline co-branded Mastercard (QiCard × Mastercard × Turkish Airlines) — led end-to-end as Programme Manager and Product Owner, from commercial negotiation through launch and post-launch operations. — Built QiCard's Enterprise PMO from zero: governance frameworks, delivery processes, a 13-person team, and a 25% improvement in delivery predictability in year one. — Led AI and smart device programmes embedded at Meta (via Applause) across Smartwatch, Oculus, and Smart Glasses, improving execution efficiency 20% across complex, multi-vendor product cycles. — Directed SuperQi, a national-scale fintech super-app, from concept to MVP — mobile, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and a multi-vendor delivery team.
